2. Version of program, Version of Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista/7, including service packs and other fixes installed (select Control Panel > System > General tab), and whether it is the US version or an international version.

3. Description of your problem (as much information as possible to reproduce the problem). It is a good idea to type this information into a word processing file (such as Microsoft Word or even Notepad) so that you can copy the text.
